Used gear: Sold as is, please ask all questions first. However, it will be described warmly and accurately. If it ain't what we say it is you can return it for a full refund including shipping.
Fender Gear: We will only sell new Fender gear within the USA only. No exceptions.
Shipping: Ponier Music likes to ship UPS ground because they pick stuff up every day, they fully insure packaging and our driver Angela is totally hot! We will be glad to accommodate another form of shipping if you like but that slows down the process. Example: I only go to the Post office on Thursday. If you allow us to use UPS we will generally get it on the truck the very next business day. Sometimes even the same day!!! Please note: even though we are open on Saturday and Sunday they are not considered "business days."

Ponier: "We put the guitar in it's case or a guitar shaped box and then put it in another cardboard box and use packing material to make sure it dosen't shift around."
