This G&L Tribute Series L-2000 4-String Bass comes in a gorgeous sunburst finish! G&L is the company that Leo Fender began after he sold Fender in the late 60's, making G&L guitars really updated versions of his original Fender designs. The G&L Tribute Series L-2000 4-String Bass features a swamp ash body with hard rock maple neck and rosewood fretboard with a comfortable 12" radius and 1 3/4" width at the nut. The pickups are 2 Fullerton-made G&L Magnetic Field Design humbucker pickups for a nice fat sound. The controls include G&L's Tri-Tone active/passive electronics, 3-way mini-toggle pickup selector, series/parallel mini toggle, and preamp control mini-toggle (for switching between off/on/ or on with high frequency EQ boost. ) Add to that G&L's Saddle Lock bridge with nickel-plated die-cast saddles, string thru body design, and a gorgeous 3-tone sunburst finish, and you have a bass with value much greater than it's price!
